(picture from Thanksgiving this year - too busy to take any pictures this time around)Mom was in town for 5-days while Josh was in Switzerland - she is a machine. Between reorganizing the house, cleaning the kitchen for 3-hours (was it really that bad???), and her amazing generosity, advice and constant love - I am blown away. But not surprised, because I have the best mom ever!
Sometimes it just takes motivation from an outside source to get things moving. We've been so in our own heads since we moved into this house that we were doing the minimum to get by. With her initiative - we have been inspired to clean, organize, and "nest" before the Fig's arrival!
